Dentons’ employment and safety division balloons with new senior lawyers

Dentons’ employment and safety division has ballooned with the addition of an 11-strong team that includes two partners, two special counsel and two senior associates.

Partners Justin Le Blond and Persephone Stuckey-Clarke commenced with the firm’s Sydney office on 4 March. Le Blond is an expert in employment and workplace health and safety, while Stuckey-Clarke focuses on employment law and litigation.

Le Blond has acted for large corporations, insurance firms, government agencies, and C-level executives. He has provided guidance on issues involving efficient employee management, protection of confidential information and IP, executive/shareholder dispute mitigation, workplace misconduct, and workplace health and safety law.

Stuckey-Clarke has advised on all aspects of workplace issues related to the employment lifecycle. She has assisted on matters involving sensitive exit situations, urgent safety matters, the protection of confidential information and complex workforce changes.
