Advising Fyfe shareholders on acquisition by Mercury Capital

A team from JWS also guided the shareholders of integrated engineering, environment, planning and survey firm Fyfe through Mercury Capital’s acquisition of a controlling interest in Fyfe Group.

The shareholders retained a substantial stake in the business. Corporate/PE partners Jonathan Cheyne and Andrew Turner took the lead on the deal, working with associates Nathan Shapiro and Trent Candy.
