A recognised  lawyer in heavy mobile equipment and mining services, WestTrac’s Paul Gregory has the oversight of and responsibility for all legal matters in Western Australia, including the negotiation of long-term equipment supply and mining services contracts with many of the world’s major iron ore, gold, and coal miners.    

Gregory also has significant experience in the roll out of new and novel technologies at Australian mine sites, and is valued at the company for his pragmatic and commercial approach to problem solving which led him to also take the role of secretary to the WesTrac customer engagement and audit and risk committees, and as director and company Secretary of Sitech WA (and its East Coast business, SmartTech Australia), which provides technology solutions to mining, construction and infrastructure industries.    

Gregory has received several accolades including having been previously included in the ALW In-house Leaders List, the Legal 500’s GC Powerlist, and Guide to Australia’s Rising Stars.
