Australia’s top 24 employers of choice for 2019 have been revealed in Australasian Lawyer’s inaugural Employer of Choice rankings.

With a huge amount of entries and competition tight as ever, the most impressive firms around the country were chosen based on their approach to employee development, gratification, and overall wellbeing.

The entry process asked employers to provide qualitative and quantitative information in several areas including: Remuneration, diversity and inclusion, training and professional development, health and wellbeing. Although the firm sizes on the list differ vastly – 1-99 versus 1000+ employees – the core values presented by each employer remain constant. For them, company growth and meeting strategic objectives can only be achieved when you’re investing in your employees and providing them with a fantastic work culture.
