In-house legal team recognised in US resort dev awards

The legal and compliance team of Travel + Leisure Co.’s APAC division has been recognised at this year’s American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Awards.

The team won in the category for Legal and Regulatory Manager, Team Member, or Team for the second year in a row. The team operates across Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines, providing guidance on regulatory environments in 13 countries within sectors like finance, data privacy, employment, financial services, M&A, and workplace health and safety.

In particular, the team got the nod for its work on the acquisition of Accor Vacation Club, as well as for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The ARDA Awards aim to recognise excellence in various segments of the vacation ownership sector. This year's ceremony took place during ARDA's yearly spring conference in Las Vegas.
