CMS adds two directors from Morgan Lewis

The Singapore foreign law alliance of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang has expanded its roster with two new recruits from another global firm.

Kelvin Aw and Lynette Chew have joined CMS Holborn Asia as directors. The duo first worked together at legacy Harry Elias Partnership, where Chew rose to senior partner and Aw became a partner. In 2010, they established INCA Law. Legacy Stamford Law acquired the firm in 2013, before merging with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in 2015.

Aw specialises in transactional and litigious matters in the construction, engineering, and infrastructure industries. Chew is an expert in commercial disputes involving infrastructure, construction, and engineering projects.

Aw and Chew join managing director Lakshanthi Fernando and TMT head Jeremy Tan as CMS Holborn Asia’s directors.

Holborn Law was Olswang’s alliance firm in Singapore. After Olswang’s merger with CMS and Nabarro completed in 2017, the CMS Holborn Asia foreign law alliance was formed.
